My name is Philicia Randolph. I am a self-contained ESE teacher (grades 4 & 5)at Hallmark Elementary. I am certified in Varying Exceptionalities and General Education K-6. Currently, I am working on a doctorate in Curriculum & Instuction with an emphasis in Teaching and Learning and am earning an additional certification in Reading K-12.

I really enjoyed the holiday. I received a great deal of pleasure from watching my two children (Malcolm 8 & Mickaela 3) open their presents. I also enjoyed spending time with family and friends from out of town. My family and I attended a New Year's eve service and brought in the New Year thanking God for His goodness in 2006 and believing Him for continued blessings, favor, and protection in 2007.
